KEEGAN
LEACH
I work every room a build passes through — the client call, the Figma review, the data model, the code.

Five rooms of a build
Turning vague requirements into full operational flows and working products.
“The crew logged 60 installs. The dashboard says 47.”
- OPS
Install crew logged 60 units done at Beldon. The dashboard says 47. Which one is wrong?
- KL
Neither. Thirteen are mounted but haven’t sent data. Until a sensor reports, it isn’t protecting anyone, and the owner’s dashboard would say it is.
- KL
Not counted as installed until data has sent.
That sentence became system logic: the install flow won’t count a device until it phones home. 1,265 devices live under that rule.
Rebuilding dense expert work into something anyone can read.
The same research, rebuilt as something a reader can explore.
FROM THE SME'S DECK
MY DECK BUILD · SAME STUDY
PROPERTY OVERVIEWThe same dashboard, rebuilt for the people reading it.
Building data solutions that can deal with human error.
Two products, one naming problem. A thousand devices, sixteen hundred messy plant names: people name things messily. I build the system that keeps one truth.
Designing databases that run real businesses.
51 tables, one schema: the SQL database that runs purchasing and sales for 20+ businesses.

Alocasia Cuprea Pink Variegated
1,636 messy names → 491 plantsSellers write plant names dozens of ways. The system resolves them into one.
Every dot is a table in Stemwise’s database. Lines show which tables reference each other. Bigger dots carry more of the system.
Turning prompts into production code that holds up.
51 tables, 211 files, one person shipping both.
Every dot is a part of Stemwise’s codebase. Lines show which parts use each other. This is the app the schema powers, written prompt by prompt.

Holding every build to a standard, automatically.
Two workflows, one standard.
Automatic rules and a panel of reviewers check every change before it ships.
Each ask’s final box is always “architect verified in the browser.”

PROJECTS ARE WON IN THE HANDOFFS. THAT'S WHERE I WORK.
THE STACKS I SHIP WITH
By the numbers
20+ business customers run purchasing and sales through it — 12,000+ plants purchased and sold.
A sign-up flaw the team missed. A trend reading the wrong series. What having me on a project catches.
